COMMUNICATING WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS IN HIBERNATION AND REACTIVATION

During 2020 Murray Regional Tourism will be rolling out a comprehensive industry development program to support its industry partners through all stages of the coronavirus (COVID-19) emergency and recovery.
As part of the program, a webinar series will provide you with tips to communicate with your customers in the hibernation and reactivation phases and help you re-set, re-start and re-store your business.
 Webinar 1, "Re-set: What communication should you be doing in the 'hibernation' crisis phase?", was held on 3 May but you can view the presentation slides on the Murray Regional Tourism site.
Webinar 2, :Re-start: What communication should be put in place for domestic travel?", will be held on 20 May 2020.
Webinar 3, "Re-store: What will marketing post COVID-19 look like?" will be on 3 June 2020.
